Hyatt Place Dallas Park Central

The facility was clean, the room was as advertised. I stay at hotels a few times through the year for work and have become somewhat critical but this Hyatt rated well for me. The shower valve worked well, the water was hot, the tub stopper was present and worked as it should, the towles were excellent, the beds were comfy, the room had a light blocker so if someone was at the desk the light would be blocked from someone still in bed (a neat extra). The hot breakfast was excellently stocked and the staff was quite attentive and eager to help. Also the back gated parking was a great unknown addition.

I checked in on Friday 1/31 around 8pm I had 3 bags and other stuff I ask front counter for baggage card he very rudly sthat gust took it I ask him who till bring it back he said guest I told him gust leave outside there door. He I dont know when cart will be back I am handicap we had to do 3 trips to take our stuff in our room. My son lives in Dallas we come come every month me and my dughter. You lost 2 customer .Thats all I want to say Thank you

The property overall was great. Staff were super helpful and friendly and the room was clean. Most of the parking was in a gated area so you feel safe and comfortable coming and going late at night. For the amount of people we had it was a great price also.

The lady was very nice at check in. They give you a code for the gated parking which helped feel more secure. Room was big, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good with a fair amount of good choices

Everything in the hotel is good. Just one note: the room's bathroom is small and there is no hand sink. Having the sink outside the bathroom in the room's courtyard is unsanitary. Thanks
